I am Luís Santos, originally from Lourinhã, and I have been part of the Decisões e Soluções group since September 2015. Throughout this journey, I have taken on different responsibilities within the company structure, as a result of my dedication, experience, and commitment to clients.

In November 2019, I took on the role of Commercial Director at DS Lourinhã, and since January 2026, I have been serving as Agency Director, leading a team focused on delivering an excellent service in the areas of property mediation, credit intermediation, and insurance mediation.

I have more than 10 years of specialised experience in mortgage lending, supporting families through every stage of one of the most important moments of their lives: purchasing their home.
