Luís Santos

I am Luís Santos, originally from Lourinhã, and my journey with the Decisões e Soluções Group began in September 2015.

Over more than 11years, I have built a career shaped by learning, responsibility and, above all, close and meaningful relationships with people.

In November 2019, I took on the role of Commercial Director at DS Lourinhã and, in January 2026, I embraced the challenge of becoming Agency Director.

These have been years of growth, challenges, achievements and many stories shared with clients, colleagues and partners. A journey that has allowed me to build solid experience in Real Estate, Credit Intermediation and Insurance, with a particular focus on Mortgage Lending, an area in which I have more than 10 years of experience.

This date marks the beginning of a new professional challenge.

From 14 September 2026, I will be joining Decisões e Soluções Torres Vedras Norte, taking on the role of Commercial Director.

It is a new home within the same brand.

A new team.

New challenges.

New goals.

But with the same determination to continue doing what I believe in: working with and for people.

I begin this new chapter bringing with me the experience gained over all these years, the knowledge acquired, the relationships built and, above all, the values that have always guided the way I work: trust, personal attention, transparency, professionalism and commitment.

Experience that continues

My professional development has been built over the years through continuous training provided by the Decisões e Soluções Group.

• In Real Estate, I have received training in property brokerage techniques, real estate marketing, taxation, property valuation, home staging, photography, video and property presentation.
• In Insurance, I hold professional certification and have received training in anti-money laundering prevention.
• In Credit Intermediation, I hold certification in Mortgage Credit and have specialised in Mortgage Lending, an area in which I have developed more than a decade of experience.

All this experience has one very simple purpose:

to help each client make better decisions.

Because buying a home, selling a property, finding the right financing solution or protecting a family are not simply commercial transactions.

They are important decisions in people's lives.

And that is precisely where I believe our work can make a difference.
